Before Downloading and Filling Out the Application Form for Registration cum Enrolment under Management Quota Admission 2025-26
Personal Details: Fill in your personal details as per your Class 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation certificates. This includes:
Candidate's Name
Father's Name
Date of Birth
Marks etc.
Matching Details: Ensure that the personal details filled in the application form match the details provided during the online submission before downloading the Application Form. Any mismatch will result in the rejection of the application form.
Security Measure: One layer of security has been implemented before downloading the application form to prevent misuse by touts or admission consultants.
Confidentiality: Do not share your personal details and email ID with anyone.
OTP Verification: An OTP will be sent to the email ID provided by the candidate during the filing of personal details.
Downloading the Form: The application form will be available for download after completing the personal details and entering the OTP sent to the registered email ID. The downloaded form in pdf must have autogenerated Application ID for example: Application ID: MAIT/MQ/2025-26/xxxxxxxx.
Printing and Filling the Form: After downloading, print the application form and fill it in your own handwriting in capital letters using a blue pen.
Submission: Submit the filled application form, along with the required documents and a non-refundable Registration-Cum-Enrolment fee of Rs. 2500/-, in person to the Incharge Admissions of the Institute between 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Monday-Friday except gazette holiday) from July 02 to July 31, 2025. A receipt will be issued upon final submission.
Physical Verification: Candidates must be present in person for the physical verification of documents (original and two self-attested photocopies) on the day of counselling for admission under Management Quota. Absence will result in the rejection of their application for seats under Management Quota.
Submission Timings: Adhere strictly to the prescribed timings for submitting the application form. Late entries will not be allowed.
Entry Regulations: Only the candidate and either their father or mother will be allowed to enter the Institute premises. Carry original photo ID (Aadhar Card/Passport/PAN Card/DL, etc.) for identity verification at the entry point.
Prohibited Items: Laptops, mobile phones, or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the Institute premises, except for water bottles. Arrange to keep such items outside the campus before entering, as the Institute holds no responsibility for them.
Document Verification: All reserved category (SC/ST/DEF/PH) candidates from Delhi and outside Delhi must be physically present with the required documents for verification including eligible category certificate.
