A. General Instructions

• Only one online application form is permitted per candidate per program. Multiple submissions by the same candidate may result in cancellation of the application.
• Candidates should keep all required documents and information ready before starting the registration process.
• All particulars entered in the application form should exactly match the information available in the supporting documents.
• The candidate must use a valid and active mobile number and email address, as all future communication will be sent through the registered contact details.
• Candidates are strongly advised to fill the online application form themselves or with the assistance of their parents/guardians. They should not rely upon or get misled by any touts, admission consultants, agents, or unauthorized persons claiming to facilitate admission. The Institute shall not be responsible for any misinformation, fraudulent assurances, or financial transactions made through such unauthorized persons.
• In case of any difficulty while filling the online application form or during the registration process, candidates along with their parents/guardians are encouraged to personally visit the Office of the In-charge (Admissions) at the Institute campus on any working day between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon for assistance and guidance.

C. Mobile Number & Email Verification

One-Time Password (OTP) verification is mandatory. Separate OTPs will be sent to the Candidate's, Father's, and Mother's Mobile Number and Email ID. All mobile numbers and email IDs must be successfully verified before proceeding further.

D. Login Credentials

Upon successful registration and verification, the Login Credentials will be sent to the Candidate's registered Email ID. Candidates should preserve these credentials carefully for future login and application tracking.

E. Documents Required for Upload

Candidates must upload clear and legible scanned copies of the following documents:

F. Payment of Application Fee

Pay the prescribed Management Quota Application Form Fee through the online payment gateway available on the portal. After successful payment, enter the payment transaction details and upload the payment receipt/transaction acknowledgment.

G. Final Submission

Before submitting the application, carefully review all the information entered, verify the uploaded documents, and use the Preview option to check the complete application form. Once satisfied, click Submit.

Please Note: After final submission, no modification or correction in the application form will be permitted.

H. After Submission

• A copy of the submitted application form will automatically be sent to the Candidate's registered Email ID.
• Candidates may log in at any time using their Login Credentials to preview or download the submitted application form.
• Candidates are advised to retain a copy of the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference during the admission process.
